Businesses that partner with SKILLCOURT come in all shapes, sizes and market caps, and different parts and solutions of the SKILLCOURT work for different partners.

Your knowledge of lead generation as well as qualification combined with your communication skills and structured approach defines how new businesses learn about SKILLCOURT and book appointments. Building on your discipline you have a high turnover rate of new contacts and frequency with existing leads. Your influencing skills secure direct communication with decision makers to schedule sales calls or generate event sign-ups. You constantly develop and find new ways to reach leads via various communication channels. You own your quotas, share your learnings with the team and develop new approaches in close collaboration with other teams.

The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter with the ability to identify influencers and key decision makers within accounts. You will discover qualified opportunities by responding to inbound interests and targeted outbound prospects to quickly build rapport and establish relationships.


  • Generate leads and secure strong sales pipeline building.
  • Manage the whole lead generation cycle as a sales development representative from collecting contact data and first outreach to qualifying leads via email and telephone.
  • Collaborate with Field Sales Representatives to plan and execute on a joint territory planning and campaigns. Match customer issues with solutions provided by SKILLCOURT.
  • Maintain the business opportunity hygiene with timely and accurate updates on opportunities driven by the sales development representatives in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool.
  • Deliver on personal metrics.
  • Leverage marketing campaigns and provide feedback to sales programs and marketing to update industry/solution pitches based on customer conversations.
  • Schedule meetings with decision makers of potential clients through outbound prospecting, cold calling and qualification.


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience in lead generation and qualification, and experience exceeding quota attainment
  • Exceptional discipline to consistently execute and
  • Very structured working style and great time management skills
  • Ability to communicate in English and German fluently


  • Experience building a lead pipeline from scratch through strategic and tactical focus and execution
  • Understanding of the fitness, health tech or professional sports industry and knowledge of the local market with insights into trends, concepts and business models
  • Continuous learning approach to always keep trying new approaches and openly sharing learnings
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to get through to decision makers and booking sales appointments
