As a Digital Strategist – Health Tech, you will be an expert in the analysis of our customers‘ new customer activities, business processes and the markets in which they operate. You will craft unique recommendations and solutions for our customers and have an understanding of the market, industry, and business model of the companies you work with. You’ll anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of SKILLCOURT clients, and interpret how our product offerings can grow their business. Working with them, you’ll set the strategy for how their business can succeed by reaching their desired goals.

  • Complete extensive training to become an expert in everything SKILLCOURT (tech, platform, data).
  • Collaborate closely with Account Managers/Account Executives to determine the optimal support for their client portfolios.
  • Develop and apply knowledge of the market, industry, products, and tools in preparation to offer solutions for our clients‘ business challenges.
  • Analyze data and trends in order to create meaningful insights for clients.
  • Report on key performance indicators and value delivered for customers. Create proposals to represent solution design around client goals.
  • Help shape the communication around market trends, customer needs and product solutions.


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience with customer support and stakeholder management
  • Ability to communicate in English and German fluently


  • Experience in fitness/sports, health tech, sales, marketing or consulting
  • Experience in managing a portfolio of service businesses with a focus on improved business performance, KPI driven
  • Knowledge of customer success strategies and tactics
  • Demonstrated ability to build compelling narratives to successfully influence clients utilizing data and insights
  • Effective project management skills with ability to oversee multiple, simultaneous solutions
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills
  • Hands-on mentality and solution oriented working style
