Using leadership experience you build and develop a team of experts in relationship-building and teach how to sell solutions with high customer focus. Leading and mentoring your team across different disciplines ensures smooth customer experience from onboarding to customer satisfaction. You set the basis for concise opportunity identification and clear internal communication to unlock spotted opportunities.

Our Sales and Customer Success Management team of entrepreneurial, enthusiastic and client-focused members are the „human face“ of SKILLCOURT, helping entrepreneurs to innovate and grow their business through new aspects in diagnostics, training and prevention. We are dedicated to fulfill the current and future unique needs of companies in fitness, health tech and pro sports. Our teams from operations, success managers and support specialists collaborate closely to spot and analyze customer needs and trends. In joint collaboration, we create and implement business plans and new strategy concepts fitting the different business types of our clients.


  • Increase business by growing SKILLCOURT’s relationships with key current customers, and help identify and acquire new clients within the less penetrated segments of the marketplace.
  • Work closely with our customers to develop and implement new approaches to improve SKILLCOURT’s account management practices from first activation to support.
  • Lead and mentor the team, developing their skills in areas such as relationship-building, account strategy and planning, opportunity identification, and solution selling.
  • Develop and process improve a flexible sales model that balances best-practice methods with SKILLCOURT’s company values. Contribute to the team of business area leaders at SKILLCOURT, and engage with key multidisciplinary stakeholders, both external and internal, including Marketing, Sales, Engineering, and Product Development.


  • Experience in coaching of Account Managers and Support, and leading an organization through direct reports.
  • Experience delivering business results with experience of driving operational aptitude across teams.
  • Experience growing and scaling businesses.


  • Experience leading teams that consist of multiple levels of management, i.e. teams that have scale and are a magnet for talent.
  • Digital/online work and project management experience.
  • Ability to grow, lead and deliver across a variety of teams.
  • Operational discipline to ensure appropriate focus on the aspects of the business most critical to driving sustained growth.
  • Ability to communicate in English fluently as this is a customer-facing role that requires interactions in English with international stakeholders.
