Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how they can implement new strategies and level their users’ experience.

We are dedicated to fulfill the current and future unique needs of fitness, health tech and sports companies. Our teams of strategists, advisers and support specialists collaborate closely to spot and analyze customer needs and trends. In collaboration, we create and implement business plans and new strategy concepts fitting the different business types of our clients.
Your
Role
- Manage the whole business cycle as an experienced sales professional for the new business acquisition from early stages to closing the customers and managing the relationship after closure to ensure the customer satisfaction, performance, and upsell opportunities.
- Prospect and build a robust pipeline of new business by identifying and initiating relationships with new clients, working in close partnership with our Sales Development, Onboarding, Partner, and Marketing teams.
- Acquire high touch, high value business agreements through outbound prospecting, cold calling, consulting, educating, pitching, closing, and relationship management.
- Consult with clients to achieve business goals, utilizing the full scale of SKILLCOURTs functions (i.e., diagnostics, return-to-programs, training and improvement of skills, prevention).
Your
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- Experience in new business sales, and experience exceeding quota attainment
- Ability to communicate in English and German fluently
Preferred
Skills
- Experience building a pipeline from scratch through strategic and tactical focus and execution
- Experience planning, delivering, and executing marketing campaigns, measurement, and creative strategy
- Understanding of the fitness, health tech or professional sports industry and knowledge of the local market with insights into trends, concepts and business models
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop a working strategy
- Ability to take initiative, manage ambiguity, and grow in a team environment
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to pitch comprehensive diagnostics and training solutions for all clients
